How to make small size pdf for the GU OTB exam (for Android Device)

Remember: Please download an application (app) like Adobe Scanner/PhotoScanner,/TapScanner, etc. on your smartphone to make a small size pdf for gu.

Here we recommend you to use the adobe scanner and the below steps are based on the adobe scanner.

Step 1. Open your Scanner App.         

Open the Adobe scan app and scan your answer copy.
( Adobe scanএপটো খোলক আৰু আপোনাৰ answer copy টো স্কেন কৰক। )

Step 2. Scan all Your Page. 

After scan 1 page click on the “Continue” button. Similarly, you can scan your all pages one by one.

Step 3. See all the pages.

 After scan 10 pages see the right  corner (down) of your device and click on “image box”. which is shown in the below picture.

Step 4. Transfer your page from color to black and white.

Then select the “color” button seen in the down of the screen and select “Grayscale” (black & white). Wait few minutes for loading, and click on “Apply to all pages”.

Click on the “Save pdf ” option top right corner of your device. (Please wait few seconds for uploading, otherwise, your pdf size will be greater than 5MB.

Step 7. Copy your file to phone memory.

Click the “More” option and Click “copy to device”( First option). After Clicking you can see a successful notification that is “paper 5.1” has been copied to your device.

Now you can find your pdf on your device.
Phone memory > documents > Adobe scan > paper 5.2 .pdf

Check your pdf whether suitable or not.
Your pdf is ready for the GU OTB exam and the size is less than 5MB.
